We totally understand your request here and the issue you are facing.  From time to time we see domains that already exist within our system. It’s not a problem though, we can help get this fixed and have your DNS set up in no time!

In order to validate that you’re the owner of this domain, we’ll need you to take the following action.

1. Since your name servers already point to DigitalOcean, please update the name servers to a system with which you have direct control over, and add the following DNS TXT record for your domain. Change your Nameservers back to your domain provider nameservers.

Add below TXT record:
Record Type: TXT
Hostname field: do-verify
TXT Value field: ce136ed7b593b9f446663776470deb51
TTL: 3600 seconds or default lowest time value

You should be sure to maintain any existing DNS records (such as your gmail MX records) to prevent any interruption of service due to DNS record changes.

Please reply back when you’ve made the name server update and we will update the system so that you may add the domain.
